How do I know if a product is in stock or preorder?
Product detail pages show separate purchase options for In Stock and Preorder when both are available. Each option displays its own price, stock status, and timing note.
When does the preorder timeline start?
The preorder timeline starts after payment confirmation. The common estimate is 14-21 days after payment confirmation unless the product page states another timeline.
How do COP and MMG payments work?
Place the order first, then follow the payment instructions. VAQEN verifies COP/MMG payments manually. If requested, send payment proof through WhatsApp.
Can I checkout without registering?
Yes. Guest checkout is supported. Registered customers can view order history inside My account. Guest customers can use Track order with the order number and billing email.
What is the return policy?
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days only if unused, complete, in original packaging, and not affecting resale. VAQEN must confirm the return before the product is sent back.
What warranty does VAQEN provide?
VAQEN provides 1-year free warranty support for qualified product quality issues under proper use. Warranty support does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or missing proof of purchase.
