Payment Guide

VAQEN currently supports manual COP and MMG payment verification.

How manual payment works

1. Choose the product and select In Stock or Preorder.
2. Place the order through checkout.
3. Select COP or MMG as the payment method.
4. Submit the order for verification.
5. Send payment proof on WhatsApp if requested.
6. VAQEN verifies the payment manually and updates the order.

Important notes

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Preorder timelines start after payment confirmation.
• Keep your order number and billing email for tracking.
• If payment proof is unclear, VAQEN may request additional confirmation on WhatsApp.
