7-day return policy

VAQEN supports 7-day return requests for eligible products. The product must be unused, complete, in original packaging, and must not affect resale. Items that are used, damaged, missing accessories, missing packaging, or not in resaleable condition may be rejected.

Return requirements

  • The return request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, and proof of purchase must be complete.
  • The item must not affect secondary sale or resale.
  • Return approval must be confirmed by VAQEN before the product is sent back.

Non-returnable cases

Returns may be refused if the item has been used, installed, damaged, scratched, contaminated, missing packaging, missing accessories, missing proof of purchase, returned after the 7-day period, or otherwise not suitable for resale.

1-year free warranty

VAQEN provides 1-year free warranty support for qualified product quality issues. Warranty support applies to normal product faults under proper use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, water damage where not supported by the product specification, abnormal voltage, missing proof of purchase, or consumable wear parts unless specifically stated.

Preorder products

Preorder products may have estimated arrival timelines shown on the product page. The timeline starts after manual payment confirmation. If the estimated timeline changes, VAQEN will follow up with the customer through order updates or WhatsApp.

COP/MMG payment verification

Orders using COP/MMG are manually verified. After placing an order, send payment proof through WhatsApp if requested. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

How to request a return or warranty service

  • Provide the order number, product name, photos or video if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Wait for VAQEN confirmation before returning or exchanging any item.

Refund handling

Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are handled according to the original payment and manual verification process. Delivery or return shipping costs may be handled case by case depending on the reason for return.
